Dr Richmore Kaseke joined Stellenbosch University’s Centre for Renewable and Sustainable Energy Studies in 2020 as a Project Manager. A Certified Energy Manager and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, Dr Kaseke is passionate about energy management (energy efficiency, demand-side management and alternative energy). He worked for 15 years within Eskom’s Measurement and Verification Programme before joining the Centre. His current duties in the Centre include managing the Department of Science and Innovation’s Renewable and Sustainable Energy Hub and Spokes Programme. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Fort Hare.
